Construction Skills Training and Empowering Project (C-STemp) is a nonprofit company limited by guarantee, with the primary objective of fostering skills development and entrepreneurship in the construction sector. It was conceived by a real estate development company, under the auspices of the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) with support from the UK DFID.
